And I agree thatthe Christians where at least as tolerant as the Mohammedians any Study of medieval Spain will show that.

Amazing! That's precisely where my evidence comes from! The charters of protection for Muslims under Spanish rule. A particularly juicy one comes from King hot stuff of Valencia and Aragon in the 13th century. It is always nice to compare that to the 7th century Pact of Umar which was the ideal dhimma in Islamic culture.

As your wife I can safely say " Hmph"

Besides, if it weren't for the Catholics (Christians) there wouldn't be REAL Muslims.

And just so the record is straight, I'm not saying the original reason for the fourth crusade wasn't justified - just the end result - the sacking of Constantinople - wasn't justified.

So there.

Take that to your harem and sit on it.

Jesus Freak

Crusades were not justified. Why fight after the first crusade? it was obviously not God's will that Christians have the Promised Land back yet.

What? You mean you don't want to be in a harem? I personally would rather enjoy myself. :D

I don't know...

I could go for the nice clothes, good food, many servants, and the mostly hanging out all day with no sex involved. Sounds like a pretty good gig.

Naw, it's the plotting to kill each others children and the other immoral things that go along with that gets to me.

2 million uniformed Europeans agree. I always get a laugh from some people at the "inferority" of our defence (especially those who claimed Texas could conquer us)..

If a war broke out between Texas and Western Europe, I'd put my money on Texas.

Good luck to ya. I could make a long post pointing out the strategic disprity between Europe and Texas but I think i'll leave it for now. One quick question: Does Texas have any naval bases and if so, which fleets are based there?

look don't take this the Wrong way but I live in texas and I have been around alot of places,, I would pretty much put at least even odds Texas Vs anybody, I mean that. I mean sweden Ban ET because it was too violent. I don't mean that to be rude, but Europe has been becomeing more and more effete for 50 years or more. Texas still hasn't.
