The bid is over 19 million dollars. Wow. I sure hope someone is trying to rescue Him.

Father, forgive them.....

Actually the bidding started at a penny, which was still too much. I wrote the seller and asked them if they could offer it for a lower amount... Here's what they said...
I wish I could!! We know this isn't worth even a penny!
Well, not really....it's back up
This item was received by my late mother at a vatican mass is 1996. It is a consecrated holy communion wafer, blsessed and given by the late pope himself - my Mother kept it for personal reasons. My previous listing attracted many emails - no discussion will be entered into on this matter, nor do I need or wish to justify may actions to anyone - please do not waste your time or mine by emailing me UNLESS it is a vlaid question with regards buying the item. Similarly due to a number of time-wasters , this is a qualified auction - no bids will be accepted unless the bidder has a trading history. As a practising barrister I feel I should warn you not to bid unless you are prepared and able to meet your obligation - this will be enforced. This is an opportunity to buy a one-off religious artifact - take the opportunity!!!!
