Don't mean to hijack the thread, but I was walking today (it was a lovely day) and I saw these beautiful flowers in some yard, so I decided I'd pick them just for you... you!

Well, now, he has got a birthday, precioussss.

According to my 10 yr old, your golden birthday was when you 18, and your silver birthday will be when you are 81.

I had the honor of meeting PedroX at St. Meinrad last Friday - I had the similar honor of being on the receiving end of a sarcastic insult from him shortly thereafter. ;)

Thank you so much for all your warm wishes.

Pio, the honor was all mine, on both accounts. It was great to meet you. I know that you are well respected by your Evansville DBs, and that carries a lot of weight with me. Good luck as you finish your year.

Dave, thanks for the card.

Donna, I remember when I turned 18 being told it was my golden birthday, and being so sad because now I have nothing to look forward to. Ah, experience is wasted on youth.

Homeschool, I haven't been insulting in ages, mostly out of pity for how hard life must be west of the Mississippi.

peace...
