Zoecool13
For many a years now, I have been arguing that God prefers the White Sox over the Cubs and every other team out there due the colors of their uniforms. For those that don't know, the White Sox wear all Black and White...sounds familiar, doesn't it? Based on the logic of fashion, and forgetting the ugly uniforms of the 80's God prefers the White Sox. However, he prefers the Cardinals (duh) and the Reds overall, hence why the 1919 series went to the Reds due to alledgedly the White Sox throwing the Series for money. The Reds and Cardinals wear Red and White (they represent the Cardinals, compared to the Sox representing the Priests) I just needed to get this off my chest, as i continue to procrastinate my homework, and try and think of something other then The Pope, and Illinois beating Louisville which knocked me out of my NCAA pool. Peace! And go Sox...JP2, I know you'll watch over them well! 162-0 season!

Zoecool13
Only Joe has logic like this...
well yeah, but that's because someone needs to use logic to figure out the great questions to life, and since i know i had many sleepless nights due to the greatest question of all, "Who is God's favorite Baseball Team?" I figured I'd help everyone else, because truly, this is the great question that everyone ponders, and I figured out the answer.
Jaime
Zoe While I will agree with you that it can be theologically proven that God loves baseball more than any other sport, you are off on your belief about the Lord's preference for the Sox. Twins baby. Peter Gammonds even predicted it

Zoecool13
ahh, but Peter Gammons also predicted the White Sox to win the World Series last July...Since he jinxed us and is truly Satan's helper, I applaud him in saying the Twins, I'll be sure to wave at you as we rise above you in the standings By the way, the God simply does not like the Twins for three reasons...1. They play the greatest outdoor sport alive indoors. 2. They are from Minnesota which shouldn't be a state, but rather a providence since they're so close to Canadia (Mini-America but with more land). And 3. They do not dress in fashionable colors like the clergy members of our beloved church. (and by the way, what does TC mean?) God's all knowing and can't even figure where that one came from!
If this was true then he would've had me and my siblings all born at the same time...Being the eldest, it was clear who God's favorite is...And with the help of his friend the Holy Spirit, he'll pick his favorite Catholic Male to be the next Pope...definately not me, but who knows, maybe Da Coach Ditka. Zoecool13
Glad we can agree Joe...I will warn you though, I work for the Kane County Cougars, so if you ever want to talk about minor league teams (other then the Cubs) I can not support your Fort Wayne Wizards.
