Here's a totally random suggestion....

My 2nd year of college (soph/junior year), my household sister and I started a trend of making pilgrimages ot the World's Largest Teapot in Chester, WV (right across the river from East Liverpool, OH).

If you are older and more domesticated, the Homer Laughlin Pottery outlet/factory is on Highway 2 on the way to the Teapot. You can get really good deals on FiestaWare.

We also threw Slurpee Runs where we would dress up in wacky and tacky clothes and go to 7-11 in Weirton late at night.

Also, Jillian, what happens if I find you when I come out to visit in April for my household anniversary reunion? I have my ways (I'm friends with Shannon Rothkopf who can help me find anyone!)
There is a bowling alley, too, and at our pitifully small mall there is a theater. I guess it depends on what you want to do as to how far out you have to go... Pittsburgh, of course, has pretty much everything, but you have to drive about 45 minutes to get there so its just a question of how much you want to do whatever it is you want to do....
Aahhh yes...Pittsburgh ain't too far...

Pittsburgh is a really nice city. All kinds of museums, restaurants, stores (with no sales tax on clothes and shoes!), etc. I used to go to Pitt at least once a week. I definitely miss that city!

the Little Flowers do that a lot... perhaps they stole your tradition. lol

So then, do you know the McMahon's? I roomed with Ellen in Austria-- her older sister married Brandon Rothkopf.

You wouldn't be able to find me. You might be able to track down my room in Marian hall, but I'm not always there-- and if you're here on a weekend, I might be back in Columbus. ;)
And, it's not hard meeting girls.. it's just most of the guys I met "from the internet" (even though they go to Steubie) have been weird and stalkerish.

I've only met Jane once, but she was a ROSE!

Those pesky Little Flowers...why did they steal our tradition? It used to be a Roses/AMDG thing, but then AMDG got all buddy buddy with Stella, so we branched out and did them with CTL, MD from 4th Floor Tommy, the Servants of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus, and the always special, "Reach out to Freshmen Slurpee Run."

Guys at Steubenville can be pretty weird...they are usually dating (or married), discerning or just plain bizarre. I had a stalker-ish guy who used to grunt at me. It was quite scary.
