Connor: Now you will receive us.

Murphy: We do not ask for your poor, or your hungry.

Connor: We do not want your tired and sick.

Murphy: It is your corrupt we claim.

Connor: It is your evil that will be sought by us.

Murphy: With every breath, we shall hunt them down.

Connor: Each day we will spill their blood, 'til it rains down from the skies.

Murphy: Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. These are principles which every man of every faith can embrace.

Connor: These are not polite suggestions, these are codes of behavior, and those of you that ignore them will pay the dearest cost.

Murphy: There are varying degrees of evil. We urge you lesser forms of filth, not to push the bounds and cross over, in to true corruption, into our domain.

Connor: For if you do, one day you will look behind you and you will see we three, and on that day you will reap it.

Murphy: And we will send you to whatever god you wish.
This movie used to be my favorite, but it really brings scandal on the church.

Terrorism is unacceptable even and maybe espcially if it is Catholic Terrorism.

God Conquers

"People in glass houses sink ships!"

"you'd do better with a beer"

"So what's the symbology behind it?"

"Checkov eh? This here's Mcoy, if we got us a Spock and a Kirk we'd have ourselve's an away team!"

It is a /scandalous/ movie.

It promotes terrorism.

many people like it who aren't at risk of becomming a terrorist and enjoy discussing it with others who feel the same.

this thread isn't for debating what the movie supports.

"You know, you Irish cops are perking up. That's two sound theories in one day, neither of which deal with abnormally sized men. Kind of makes me feel like Riverdancing."

thanks for the opinion!

like i said before, that really isn't important considering the demographic who are discussing the movie in this thread.

If you're that concerned with the Culture of Death, don't use the internet anymore. It's mostly pornogrophy anyway.

i hope you see my point.

I disagree that all the internet is pornographic.

And I do consider the demographic of this thread, and I think that many of them are very pious and do indeed loath the culture of death. Infact this is why I bring it up agian and again.

This movie though it promotes Catholic unity or farternity (sort of), it also lures people into being desensatized to violence and terrorism and illigitimate theocracy.

This is not to mention that the swear words in the movie infects the soul like a small but puss filled wound from a tiny splinter. Enough of these and one may die.

please take your argument somewhere else.

"Connor: How far are we going to take this, dad?
Il Duce: The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed?"
