EcceNovaFacioOmni
I was born in '88 but I still dig the 80's music. MC and Vanilla Ice can be considered 80's style music.

Paladin D
What really tears me up is. Most modern rock these days, don't have keyboard players. It's like the new trend (it isn't evil or anything), but the keyboard was the perfect touch for many songs in the 80's. Look at Bon Jovi, they have a keyboard player. It just makes the music sound more complex and alive.

Well, the mulleets could have stayed where ever they came from, that was awful, but I kinda liked the look for girls then, not the grundgy look, but the cleaned up look. I don't know, I was born in 84, all I have to go by on the 80's in pictures. Who's Duran Duran? They came to the rodeo a few years ago, but I didn't go cause I didn't know who they were. (And VH1's 1980's Strikes Back doesn't hurt the memory any either. ) Mullets... **shudder** I totally agree with you! WHO'S DURAN DURAN???? ****dies of a heart attack**** Only one of THE coolest bands ever! lol You have to have heard some of their songs. There's no way you couldn't have. No way. They did: Ordinary World, A View to a Kill (from the James Bond movie), Hungry like the Wolf, etc. Its a good thing you didn't post that under Open Mic, some of the people who are 5-10 years older than me really would have keeled over. ;)

Lounge Daddy
Let us never forget RUN-DMC and Aerosmith kicking out “Walk This Way”. B) Also, the 80s gave us Weird Al… and his career is probably the only good that MTV can be given credit for.
Hermione
"I still think it's kinda cute the way... You poison my coffee just a little each day.. You're still the light of my life..
