A small little word of advice here people. This has the potential to become very prideful spiritually. We might begin to say to ourselves, "I'm so holy and pious. I go to Mass every day." Just remember the story of the tax collector and the Pharisee in the Temple. My advice is to keep things like this to yourself.

Everyday :D It so great to be a seminarian, mass everyday and all I have to do is walk down the steps from my room and down the hall to the Chapel. And we get great Bishops to say our mass frequently. This week we have three bishops coming to say mass for us, and I just got done dinner with the Cardinal. :D I love my life
God Bless

JPII,

I totally understand what you are saying, however, think of this....what if my telling someone (for example) that I go to Mass everyday opens up a channel for dialogue and allows for that person to come to a greater love of the Church, by my witness?

I can't keep that a secret. I will shout that from the rooftops. While one must practice prudence, I think that one must also witness.

We are a light for this world, and salf of the Earth. But yes as you said spiritual pride is far more dangerous than any other sin. Pride is what got us here in the first place. Sounds like somone enjoys St. John of the Cross.

I voted whenever I can, but took it to mean "Whenever I can during the week, taking Sunday Mass for granted... of course I go!"

Two of the cool things about being Catholic are:
-Being able to attend Mass during the week, not just Sundays and/or Wednesdays.
-Being able to find an open Church in any city so that you can pray before the Real Presence of Christ.

I would go to daily Mass but I can't as my Church has it only On Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
