Best of luck! *prayers*

Learning to drive is so exciting...yet scary at times...or maybe that was just me. ^_^

My driving teacher wasn't so great...he made my best friend cry because she didn't know how to change a tire. :(

Hope all goes well and God bless!

Haha...no, we didn't actually have to change a tire. But our teacher kept giving up hypothetical situations and asked us what we would do in case they happened... and one of them was about changing a tire and he asked my best friend. She had noo idea what to say and he started yelling at her about how she needed to know how to and stuff and ended up making her cry...poor girl... :sadder:

But, its really fun having your driving experience times with your best friend! hehe...good times. ^_^ Except when we had to do figure 8s around the light poles in our school parking lot for about 20 minutes. heh. :)

I admit i never had the driving test, i was home taught and thus exempt. But i will tell you all about my first drive. I told my friend i would pick her up from guitar lessons at champion forest and Luetta, but out of excitement of driving words got confused and i started to think Cypresswood instead of Champion forest. Well the problem with that is, Cypresswood never intersects luetta

Aww man... that's no good. :( I get lost VERY easily, so I can just imagine how not cool that must have been.

Hehe, has anyone ever driven down a one-way street that wrong way? ^_^

I have! Well, here's the story...my best friend and I (wow, we have lots of crazy driving experiences) were driving home from an All-Region choir rehearsal and we weren't familiar with the area at all. And well, there are lots of one way streets right by the school we had practice at. Soo, she's driving and we're leaving the school, and are looking at the road and think 'hmm, this looks kinda different...whatever...' But then, we come up to a stoplight, and there is a row of cars facing us! :o Soo, needless to say, we're freaking out and we try to U-turn really quickly, but then the cars start coming at us! Somehow we got turned around the right way and just parked on some side street so we could calm down and try to figure out where we were. We ended up finding our way back home, so thats good! I think we are the most directionless people ever. Good times... :D

When I went, I was the only one of three to pass the test.

One guy got into the car, forgot to take the emergency brake off before accelerating, and failed the test right there, lol.

How'd you get your lisence if you didn't take the Driver's Test? I never took Driver's Ed but I still had to take the test to get my lisence.
