I was a Junior, thought it was a really good age, They taught us a lot and asked us do you want to get confirmed and why and what would we do after we get confirmed, and then they taught us ALOT more. and confirmed us. i thought it was a really good program, kept many kids strong in faith

I was confirmed last year at the end of my fresh(wo)man year. I don't think I was too young, but i think it had to do more with the fact that i took it seriously. Most people in my confirmation class were only getting confirmed because they're parents were making them. IN my confirmation classes all we had to do was go to lifenight everynight, and that is when i started taking my faith seriously and started going back to mass.
I don't think that i was too young because i took it seriously (and i'm only a year older ask me in a few years to get a good answer but i think it'll be the same) but i know that alot of the kids in my class didn't take it seriously maybe because they were too young or immature...

I got confirmed as a freshman and don't even get me started on my confirmation classes. They were ridiculous. I missed two, so I only went to three and they were ok with that. They were for an hour and 1/2 and we ate pizza and talked, watched the Panthers game for 45 minutes, then we read in our book for 15 minutes, then played games the rest of the time. I think if we had a more serious program, that the students would have been more serious about it.

Peace,
Caroline

--Oh yeah, I forgot something! We had to go to confession and one of the girls didn't want to confess some of the stuff she did, so her mom told her to lie while she was confessing so she didn't have to say anything she didn't want to, then to just say, "I've lied about some stuff."
