theculturewarrior
Hi! Our water comes from two places...the Rio Grande River, and sewage reclamation centers, which is practically the same thing. It looks cloudy when you put it in a glass. It doesn't even make good coffee. It's horrible. Just to give you an example...the Rio Grande practically is a sewage reclamation center. The "other side," which shall remain nameless, pumps raw untreated sewage into the Rio Grande. Runoff from rotting carcasses (human or animal) and herbicides and insecticides that would be illegal here in the states all flow down the River, and we're right here at the end of it. So, how's the water where you live?

theculturewarrior
Reverse osmosis is about the only thing that can take the bite out of our water, and sadly, I can't afford to buy a tank. Brita won't do it.
Maddalena
I'll only drink bottled water. x_X My town's tap water is nasty. I have a friend that lives in Round Rock, and her family got a note from the county saying not to drink the water.
