To all those that think this way, I'd be real carefull about what you wish for. It might just come true.

After they get rid of tobacco the next thing might just be your Bigmac. Then after that something else you may love.

I can understand banning cig smoking in some public places, but in the privacy of your own house, or outdoors? Silly I tell ya, just plain silly.

yeah, i think some of that is state law. i know here in Ohio, you have to be 15 feet away from the building. i'm pretty sure it's an individual state thing, not across the board.
