Benedict
this guy is from your church?
That is the mistake everyone makes the first time they hear about Frances Kissling. Frances is a girl's name.

quasimodo
CFC is very small .... Frances Kissling and a few others. She is supported by grants from large foundations who are opposed to the Church ... I believe the Ford Foundation is among them, but I could be wrong. She speaks for no one but herself, yet they pour money into her account and the news media pretends she has a huge following and turn to her when they want a negative spin on the church and its teachings. By the way. hi...this is my first post

Crusader_4
Yes if you want info on frances kissling a good site is www.thefactis.org (great Catholic orthodoox site). On another note my friend and i always had a good joke about Frances Kissling (next to no one in any theological circle takes her seriously she is considered a joke by most who actually know her...the ppl that fund her are large corporations against the Church...and yes ford does fund her) Its funny because she uses the term Catholic but indeed as no support from any Catholic authority in the world. Now my joke! Steph (girl): Cmon William what mother wouldnt want you to date her daughter? William (me): Frances Kissling....HAHAHAHA
EcceNovaFacioOmni
Saying they should haev the Pope resign and they should put up a "temporary pope" until they select another one. AtheistAlex
Why is she against the Pope? How would installing a new Pope make free choice possible as a Catholic? I don't get it...
MagiDragon
She knows that the current Pope has been outspoken in his support of human rights. Her thinking is that a new pope might be less inclined to point out the errors in abortion, and therefore more susceptible to say that it's ok to kill your own children. It's an unrealistic thought process, but many people have it. The Church will never condone murder in any form. (Please note the word 'murder' implies that the victim is innocent; capital punishment is not murder.) Peace, Joe
