I listen to Christian music. I'm just now discovering Catholic music. 2 of my best friends at home only listen to Christian music so that is how I got into it. I listen to some other stuff, but mainly Christian.

i wouldn't burn Christian music. Buy it. Support the artists. They give a lot of money to different things and it is important to make the Christian presence in the media known. Highly important.

Piccoli Fiori JMJ
See i don't think that there is a whole lot out there that is really against the Catholic church unless you look at it that way.
Actually... I did recently buy a Christian CD from Amazon, you can't tell online, but the cover of the CD has a sort of "Bishop/Pope" and he looks like a collage kind of thing... The CD is called "Read" by Curious geniuses... It was realy hard to tell it was a Christian CD just by looking at the imagry... I wouldn't suggest anyone go buy it or anything, but it did look like it was there to bash Holy Mother Church, even if it didn't do so in the lyrics of the songs... The cover really lent itself to that...

i'm really getting into more and more Christian music as this year passes on.. it's just a habit i'm getting into (and a good one as well)!

i strongly suggest buying the Christian artists music compared to the secular music--show your support!

I love listening to Barlow Girl and Casting Crowns, but not to the radio stations. I also love listening to traditional Catholic music. (My aunt just joined an Evangelical Free church so she just gave me a Michael W. Smith cd... :) ) Some Christian singers do annoy me, but I still listen to some of it.

I've heard one of Switchfoots songs, and it's pretty good, but I dont ever hear any of their other stuff because STUPID CLEAR CHANNEL took The Eagle off the radio, so now here is no good rock music in DFW. P.O.D was Christian, weren't they? I haven't heard anything from them since they put out Satellite. They were really good though.

yeah, nothing but. Your eys and ears are gateways into your soul. What goes in, will come out. Especially when you willingly put yourself into the worlds influence listening to secular music. The world when mention by paul, Hes speaking of a system, a way of doing things. Just as Gods kingdom is...watch what you listen too...its effecting you weather you realise it or not. Even if you tell your self it doesn't.
