Yes, Im sure 'Liberators', have the right to kill any inhabitant they like, funny that sounds a lot like imperialism. =====================================================
What are your criterion for killing kids?
By the sounds of it, being a US Soldier. Apotheoun
When a person commits a criminal act he must be prosecuted and if found guilty, punished. In this particular case that appears to have occurred. God bless, Todd

My guess since the sentance was so light the kid was a terrorist. Haven't you ever watched the videos of how they train these people? They start as soon as they can read. In a place like that when dealing with Islamic people - given their track record ever since Mohammed wanted to be like Jesus - benefit of the doubt belongs to the US soldier. God Bless. spathariossa
There are extenuating circumstances to this case that aren't widely known and circulated. I don't see it as an indictment of the US criminal justice system. I'm sure none of us was on the tribunal and saw the evidence presented. Though if I remember correctly this teenager was a member of the militia in Fallujah who had been shooting at the US soldiers. What I can't remember is whether he was the one the soldier shot because he was afraid the body might be booby-trapped or if he was the one who was so badly injured that he asked to be killed in the name of mercy. I don't recall, there hasn't been just one of these cases.
