Yeah. If I get it, I'm thinking about adding a moat.

It's in Central Arlington.

Kilroy the Ninja

That's really cool! (I'm a little jealous..) But a new house is a great and wonderful thing!

Interesting how the kitchen seems to be in the middle of the house. But that may just be how the picture makes it look.

Best wishes on this one dUST!

The kitchen is in the middle of the house. It's like the center axis.

Here's the other house we'll bid on if we don't get this one:

It's in a better part of town, next to a park and even a little cheaper--it just doesn't have that old feel to it--and no stone walls. haha

Wow this one is reallie cool-and being in a better part of town and having a park

Probably better enviornment for kids to, compared to a strip club.

That house looks reallie cool

I agree...dUSt, I've gotta put in my vote for the second one...definitely a better environment. Think long-term...do you really want to let your kids grow up that close to a strip club?

I like the one close to the strip club ... the wood floors and stone walls are really cool. Plus the well in the back yard -- it looks kinda like Snow White's well.

I agree with PSPX -- I think you should just fire bomb the strip club.

Actually, I was thinking about the kids when deciding on the first one. See, it's one story. The second one is 2 stories. All the people I've asked who have a 2 story tell me that it's not good for bringing the family close together because the kids spend all their time upstairs and nobody ever sees eachother...

Also, the first house is part of a homeowner's association--a pool, tennis court and yardwork are all included. Although it smells of elderberries having to pay the fee every month, we thought it might be worth it if we utilize the pool a lot (and my wife won't have to mow the grass anymore).

Plus, I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable in an "upper class" neighborhood I don't think. I'm use to living in trailer parks and ghettos.
