This is interesting to me. I have learned that Planned Parenthood gives out condoms which i disagree with........but when i was thinking about it....they give scared women, many times young girls, a choice......the choice to have the baby, adopt it, or to abort it......... I surely disagree with the option of abortion ( i am very pro life) but before i thought that PP was "evil", but now in no way would i think that they are good....but not evil.......because some of the things that they do are good things.

what ya all think :rolling:

toledo_jesus

planned parenthood has its roots in the worst sort of discriminatory and disgusting beliefs. research its founder and her twisted views.
It is an evil organization. Evil to its core.

I spit on PP.

I agree with toledo_jesus.

There is nothing good about PP. They are the world's largest promoter of abortion and contraception. They were originally a racist eugenics organization (which believes in stopping the breeding of "inferior" races).

The "choice" to have the a child is available to women without PP, and in fact they do little to encourage this choice. They encourage abortion.

Don't be fooled by their propaganda. Fight against this evil organization.

ditto socrates and toledo_jesus. pp is terrible. and they don't 'encourage' any option other than abortion. i have prayed outside their 'clinics', and if they believe in choice so much, they wouldn't be so flippin physical trying to keep the pro-lifers away from the women who have this supposed choice. i was so angry when i went and saw girls i know being shoved by pp's escorts. my sister is also a 'sidewalk councelor', and though i haven't been when it has oocured, i've heard she's been treated the same way.... :irate: they are working on trying to get that stuff documented, though, so hopefully it'll stop!

Planned Parenthood cannot be evil in itself, for no thing can be evil. There's a lack of due order present in their actions but that's it.

Remember this, the people of Planned Parenthood seek good, even though there's a lack of due order present.

The members of Planned Parenthood may or may not seek the good, I say that because I'm not a Scholastic, and so I don't hold that everyone is always trying to do the good. That being said, I cannot judge whether any individual member of Planned Parenthood is well intentioned or not, only God can know that; I am required to judge their outward actions in order to determine their moral character, i.e., to see if they coincide with the natural moral law, and if they do not, I must not participate in what they do, and depending upon the case, I must oppose what their actions. But regardless, the ideological worldview espoused by the members of Planned Parenthood is evil.

God bless,
Todd

I disagree with you again.

Planned Parenthood, formerly known as the American Birth Control League, was founded by Margaret Sanger, a racist supporter of eugenics. Judging by her writings, she hoped that her organization would lead to the extermination of blacks, Catholics, the mentally disabled, and the impoverished. Her hope for America was a future in which the people she considered "undesirable" would be forcibly sterilized so eventually their kind would be eliminated. Sounds like a page right out of the Nazi strategy.

Among their newer services is a "Teen Wire" website, doling out sex advice for kids. According to their site, there is "no right or wrong age" to begin having sex. When I had the misfortune of checking out that site, I felt dizzy just reading some of the answers they gave to the young girls seeking advice. It was so graphic. All things no young guy or girl is ready to be doing. Confused young people come to them for advice, and Planned Parenthood steers them down a road which could ruin their lives. The words of our Lord Jesus come to mind: "Things that cause sin will inevitably occur, but woe to the person through whom they occur. It would be better for him if a millstone were put around his neck and he be thrown into the sea than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin." (Lk 17:1-2)

Their actions are evil.

Let us pray for the members of Planned Parenthood, that the Holy Spirit may inflame their consciences, and they may turn from sin.
