Lent starts Feb 9th.

I hate to start learning Lenten songs in choir while I still have my Christmas tree up. <_<

My daughter's birthday won't be during Lent this year either... It was kinda weird. She'd celebrated two Easters before celebrating a birthday. She was born during Easter week (Tuesday) so her first Easter, she was five days old. The following year, Easter was in March before her birthday. :)

the best part about lent being early for me is that it means i get to spend the whole easter season at my newman center which means lots of gloria's to sing and fun music....yay! we'll be in school even for ascension thursday....yahoo!!!!

My wedding anniversary is during Lent this year! How odd! The whole reason we got married in February rather than March (was supposed to be on St. Patrick's day) was because of Lent. Hmmmm
