immaculata
lol.. while I'm thinking about it.. silly question about scapulars.. I've seen people that somehow wear their scapular so it's the length of a choker necklace and I've never been able to figure out how they tied it like that, and I don't wanna sound stupid and go up and ask... bookin'it
immaculata- a friend wears his the "choker" way. he pulls the front of the scapular up to his throat until it is the desired length and then ties the back cord so that it keeps place. not sure if that how-to makes sense... Noel's angel
i usually just wear a simple prayer medal. today though, i added a piece of paper onto my chain, with a short story entitled 'my cross'. on it, i wrote about everything which i regret in life and everything that is troubling me. once i sort all these things out, i will take it off and burn it

Balthazor
It is just called that because it has five marks representing the five wounds of christ on it. This is an example I found. InHisHands381
I wear: -A St. Christopher medal which was given to me by my mother when I got my driver's license. -A Miraculous Medal which I got in Arizona a few years ago. -Blessed Mother Teresa medal which my friend got from some nuns at a former residence of Mother Teresa and then my friend had it blessed by the pope (she was recently in Rome). -Holy Family medal which my grandmother used to wear when she went to Catholic school as a young child. I also own a St. Martin de Porres one (given to me), and a St. Rita one. But the loop on the St. Rita one broke and I took off the other one because the chain was about ready to break and that one had the least sentimental value! heyyoimjohnny
I wear a simple cross. And I have a rosary in my pocket, which I like to have the crucifix hanging out. It says "I like the Rosary" and "I'm Catholic" all at once.
