Q the Ninja
I know, and that's why we stand up for them. But we need to start out much simpler than violence.

[/quote] The Holy Innocents didn't die willingly, either, and they're held to be Martyrs.
Guest Aluigi
just to clarify: i have conceded that we shouldn't necessarily go to war. mere protest is not the way either because it has been done. we need to take action that will have more immediate results. being in it for the long haul is not an option, it must be changed ASAP. riots would be good, not kill anyone, but really get their attention and halt everyone's daily lives. it would have been just if someone had stood up against herod to stop the slaughter of the holy innocents. Q the Ninja
I've helped at vigils, education, and actually have helped with the sidewalk counselors. It's not much of a difference, but it worked.

Q the Ninja
Well, the best example actually comes from a day out at the clinic. A fourteen-year-old girl walked up with her mother and younger brother (three-year-old). This girl was pregnant. They all spoke very little English. We were able to convince the mother to take the girl to a Catholic center not far away, and there they convinced the mother to let her keep the child. It was a wonderful thing. All we did was talk, be there for her, and educate. Catholic centers are the key.
