Quietfire
Catholic Evidence Guild Homepage Ok here is the link for the Catholic Evidence Guild. Check it out. Tell us what you think. If you have what it takes to stand up in a public forum and preach the Gospel then God Bless you, you have my full support, with banners, whistles, and balloons. and Im not being a smart aleck. I would love to watch these folks in action. So if a Phatmasser gets involved with the Guild and is then sent to a forum, let me know. Cause I wanna be there. Quietfire
Also, I had heard at one time they did door to door evangelizing, to counter some other religions who were doing that. I dont know where I read it but to those who answered the door, to find out that the folks standing on their doorsteps were Catholic, was quite a happy moment for them...whether they were Catholic or not. Also, MODS. I know this isnt a debate. But I hope we can keep it here for a while so that some of our militants and scholars, and faithful (ok, peeps too!) will have the chance to see it and check it out. Maybe then we can move it to the apo. board or something. Like maybe after Christmas? wishful thinking.

Quietfire
All the more reason to get involved and contact those people that are listed on the website. Some of the last updates were around March this year(2004) That is what happens when there arent enough people involved, they even stated, nay begged, for involvement or they would go stagnant. Contact everyone on that site. If they are no longer involved then find out who is next. I promise to check into it. But I cant do it alone. It's obvious some want to do some street preaching, even Archbishop Fulton Sheen was involved with the Guild. Dont give up just because the Chapter in Arizona is frozen. Thaw it out and jump start it if you really are serious. Lets do more than just wish for it here. I want someone to show up at Mulls' local mall with a smile and answers cheerfully given.
