CUC's music and website rocks!!!! The art is just awesome! Keep up the good work and CUC's vocals sound awesome. When a band disbands, it's hard for a fan. You guys rocked my socks off as S&T, I love Chris P's voice (and his solo album "Golden"), but ya'll have done an excellent job and sound tight!!!! Praying for ya'll and your ministry!

Yeah, Chris is an amazingly talented guy. He truly seeks God, is incredibly ispirational, and a dear friend of mine. If you haven't heard his stuff, go buy all his albums. They're good, I've even been known to fly in and play guitar for him.

Oh man! Hello Seth! I saw you all when you played a free show downtown in Grand Rapids, Michigan (S&T). I've been anxiously awaiting anything from Cheer Up Charlie! I'm totally going to promote this on my Narnia site when I get the store on that site ramped up. (Hey, it's a Christian site afterall. That's all the permission I feel I need.)

Man, I'm stoked! And checkin out your site, I'm diggin' your sound!

My friend Rick had the opportunity to see Chris Padgett a few months ago, and got him to play "You Are My Son" on the piano, live. He said it was better than the album version. I'd LOVE to hear that sometime.

Hey, I just heard your stuff and it is great! My name is Doug Thieme and I am currently in a Christian band, which also has Protestant members. I am very much committed to making sure that my Catholic influence comes out very strongly in our music, and will not compromise that in any way. I converted to Catholicism years ago from a Protestant background. I had been in the Christian speedmetal band, Vengeance Rising, and later a band called "Die Happy. I know Tony of Guardian. Currently the members of Vengeance have reformed as the band I'm currently in: "Once Dead". We will be performing this summer at the Cornerstone Festival. You guys should check into playing there yourselves. I am doing all I can to use this opportunity to spread the Catholic message to my non-Catholic brothers and sisters. I'm with you on the importance of promoting good relations between Catholics and Protestants. Hopefully we can draw them closer to the fullness of our Catholic faith.

so will Cheer Up Charlie be playing at Steubenville San Diego? i had heard that Scarecrow would be...but if they are broken up will the new band be taking the place of them....or will they be getting someone else? I would be really excited to see you guys there if you are playing!
