That just happens to be an accidental consequence, meaning it's not something intrinsically in the act (normally killing someone does not make a person healthier, just happens in this particular case). It should not be banned altogether, in any country, if certain groups dont want it then they should put into that category, but for those that dont hold the same beliefs, they shouldnt have to carry the burden of another religion.
