God is the judge, not one of us can sit here and say who will go to Heaven and who will go to hell. Not one of us has the right to do that.
I think you will find us in 100% agreement on that.

BUT
I am confident, as long as i keep my faith, MY GOD, will never forsake me
so ya, I do think I can confidently say " I Am Saved "
I cant speak for everyone, but I know I will never lose faith in my savior
Ive been to the point where I lost faith, and the miracles God sent me were so extreme to where I could never doubt his name again.....HE IS LIVEING

:( Remember that sanctity is found in penance, not perfection.

I am not saved yet, because I am still alive and quite capable of grave mortal sin.
I won't know where I'm going until Jesus tells me.

That's not what Jesus said.

There is no assuance of salvation for any man... According to Christ.

St. Matt 10:22 You will be hated by all because of my name, but whoever endures to the end will be saved.

We will be saved at the end, if we endure to the end.

St. Matt 24:13 But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.

We will be saved at the end, if we persevere to the end.

St. Luke 8:13 Those on rocky ground are the ones who, when they hear, receive the word with joy, but they have no root; they believe only for a time and fall away in time of trial.

Some will believe for a while and fall away... How can any man know if he will not fall away until the end?

Those who fall believe the same thing.

What makes you different from everyone else who believes that they are "saved" but yet wrong about it?

Are you sure that you're 'sure'?

What did Jesus say? ...not until the end.

Many cry "Lord, Lord" and are not saved.

Some of my experience on the topic of "true faith" for assured salvation...

The protestant argument I've heard regarding those who seemingly lose their faith is the following: "They just didn't have a true faith."

Interestingly, the possibility of a person "not having a true faith" is easily entertained by one protestant believer judging another; but it's considered impossible when a protestant thinks about his own faith.

I think this relates to the idea of getting rid of the log in one's own eye first. How easy it is to exagerate the faults of others and minimize our own.

Examining trees by their fruit.

Regarding the idea of judging another person's faith by fruits, I think it's important to know that we cannot see what God sees. I think that looking for fruits is valid, but we should know our limits in our ability to "examine the tree."

A person who appears holy may be submitting to sin in his thoughts. A person who succumbs to visible sins may have a truly penitent heart. God knows.

PS--I thought that the following might give believers hope so they do not despair when striving for holiness. Saint Paul writes in his letter to the Romans (3:23), "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." This reminds me to persevere when dealing with my own faults.

PPS--I don't presume that I have salvation. But I do have the hope in Jesus Christ that I might receive the grace to remain faithful to Him until I leave this world.
