CatholicAndFanatical
CaF, I'm sorry, I was not meaning to imply that you or anyone in specific was getting carried away, rather I was simply admitting that sometimes all of us can be a little caught up in the moment. This doesn't take away from the truth of what we say, but rather reveals our humanity. Again, my apologies if you felt that I was in anyway attacking you. peace... oh no dude I didnt take it as that. You're right though, I know i get carried away sometimes when I type. Not only do I have a freaking novel by the time im done, I also say things I shouldnt. So no worries, at first I meant it like "Wha, ME get out of hand? NAH!"..but then I started typing and it went another direction. what can ya do huh God Bless bro, CatholicAndFanatical

foundsheep
And although this topic poses a huge problem, the love of money is a much bigger problem in the church. Paladin D
Last time I checked our priest arent wearing tailor made suits and rolex's like some evangelist. Good point. Do priests take a vow of poverty? Or does that only apply to nuns and monks?

cmotherofpirl
Please don't get me started on using abused people as statistics in your pointless arguments. And although this topic poses a huge problem, the love of money is a much bigger problem in the church. Why do you think Jesus said "you can't serve both God and money" when he could have said something about sexual sin or any other sin???? Because greed is a much bigger problem which gets very little exposure. Speaking of Stats... Last time i looked... the USA has 6% of the world's population but uses 60% of the worlds resources. Greed is bad. Actually the worst sin is pride not money. AS soon as you decide you are doing pretty good in the virtue department, you are going the wrong direction. MC Just
Ok I think all the Anti-Catholics should leave. B) No Plank in my eye. No splinter either. Mulls, I'm not the one rejecting 2000 years of Christian history for something that man made to suit their own wantings. Big difference. THis is a debate board for Catholics AND non-catholics. God converts heart with love, not rudeness McJust.
MC Just
I'm not being rude. It just seems like the Non-catholics bash, bash and bash, and never read anything we post. Anyways ok I think I need to step away for a while my thoughts are gonna get me in trouble.
cmotherofpirl
McJust some people here are non-catholic and some anti-catholics. Pick your targets for righteous anger with this in mind. Mulls has always been in the first category. :)
