I got back about an hour ago...it was a...very difficult retreat and I have a lot of internal struggle right now...which would usually lead me to talk to Jen, but she's not here...

It's okay...I'm better now.

I spoke to Jen for about 5 minutes and it melted away. It comes back briefly every once and a while, but I'll live through it.

I will post solely because the information from my experience may help others...

Satan knows that my weak spot is scrupulosity and he knows that the best theological work I do for God is from my meditations, for which the Eucharist is the greatest food, so he tries to make me feel very guilty over nothing to try to build up my scrupulosity and keep me from the Eucharist and tries to make me despair. Luckily, God gave me rationale with which to see that I wasn't guilty of anything and God also gave me consolations here and there to prove it to me. Satan didn't give me a moment's rest all weekend.
