to all the newbies wishing to be crusaders, you must first finish the academy. i will post shortly about the recent decisions that have been made regarding the academy and how it will operate.

i'm sorry i've been so negligent about keeping you all updated on this. things have just been really hectic recently. i'll try to play catch up either today or tomorrow.

I was pretty sure it would take a while to start the actual Academy.

I was just talking about the mysterious, taunting "update".

ok, here are the long-awaited updates:

--academy will not start until after christmas break
--Sanvean and Theologican in Training will teach a class on atheism and agnosticism, if they agree
--current crusaders will continue w/ the crusade while they are taking classes
--new crusaders will have to finish the academy first
--after completing the academy, it will be up to each new student if he or she wants to join the crusade
--Bro Adam will teach the theology of ecclesiology class, if he agrees
--[b]note to professors:[/b] the reference section and the KofC online classes should do most of the work for u. while you are free to teach your subject however u see fit, we suggest the following format:
1. use articles from the reference section to address different aspects of ur subject
2. Q&A session for each article u assign
3. use the KofC class as a review-like test at the end
4. Q&A session after test
5. assign articles to those who get a low score
6. if a professor wishes to utilize more than one class from the KofC course, then a series of articles would be assigned before each test.
7. further articles can be assigned to someone who gets a low-score

Commitment huh? The thing is I can make the commitment during term time when I have internet access but over this christmas break I wont even have access to a PC.

Having said that, I would love to get involed with learning and posting on forums perhaps as a lurker type. Count me in for the learning part, perhaps I can upgrade my involvement in january.
