Thy Geekdom Come
Have any of you seen the episode of “The Adventures of Pete and Pete” when they viewed the clocks turning back as a kind of annual time travel? They used that time as an opportunity to do the one thing they wished they had done all year – it was like a second chance.” That was such a cool show.
Pete and Pete rocked! HomeTeamFamily
isnt this one the hour that time repeated? cuz we get the 0100-0200 hour again?
Guest Aluigi
no, i say you can't have three one o'clocks on the same day, thus: there was no time for that hour!
HomeTeamFamily
but what you miss is that we already experienced that hour, and then we experienced it again it was 0100 then it went to 0200.....then we reversed back to 0100 and went to 0200 again....therefore, your idea is null because we did in fact have the same time three times a day
Guest Aluigi
two different ways of looking at it. as far as I'm concerned, we had 1:00-2:00 and then an hour of time that cannot be named and then 2:00-3:00 as time resumed. but for an hour time stood still at 2:00. Iacobus
Do anyone really know what time it is?
Guest Aluigi
think about it. if you say that the clock turns back to 1:00 am at 2:00 am, that 2:00 am is really 1:00 am and you'd never reach 2am! so really, it just stays at 2 am for an hour, time is in limbo
HomeTeamFamily
how can you stop time from happening though? which is what you are suggesting
Guest Aluigi
for an hour, there was no real designation for the time. time forgot to name it. lol

Thy Geekdom Come
The lesson here is that the measurement of time, not time itself, but its measurement, is completely arbitrary.
luciana
but on the final report, wouldn't they say that after the coroner's report that hour of death was earlier so it might wind up close to correct.??uhhh,... I don't know
Don't worry, you'll be giving that hour back in six months.... Just be glad you don't work an hourly job on the night shift.....
yes, my sister's coworkers(nurses) did and don't get paid the hr. Last yr. she worked, and lost the hr.
