karin
Well my very favorite prayer is the Glory Be because it gives all glory to the Holy Trinity and I just think it is awesome. But there are so many good ones. I also like the one that saves 1000 souls from purgatory i will post it below: Eternal Father, I offer you the most precious blood of Your divine Son Jesus. In union with the masses said throughout the world today. For all the holy souls in purgatory for sinners everywhere for sinners in the universal church. Those in my own home and within my family. Amen I also like one that is supposed to be said after communion alot i don't have it memerized yet i still have to read it out of my Pieta but I can post it later if you want. those three would have to be my top favorite prayers. But i love all prayers.
StColette
hmm I've been praying this one a lot lately Almighty God, bless our nation and make it true to the ideas of freedom and justice and brotherhood for all who make it great. Guard us from war, from fire and wind, from compromise, fear, confusion. Be close to our president and our statesmen; give them vision and courage, as they ponder decisions affecting peace and the future of the world. Make me more deeply aware of my heritage; realizing not only my rights but also my duties and responsibilities as a citizen. Make this great land and all its people know clearly Your will, that they may fulfill the destiny ordained for us in the salvation of the nations, and the restoring of all things in Christ. Amen
Andrea348
I love this prayer to Saint Anne. I pray it every night. Glorious Saint Anne, we think of you as filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer. Heavily laden with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present affiar which I commend to you under you special protection. {mention your petition} Deign to commend it to your daughter, our Blessed Lady, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy conclusion. Cease not to intercede for me until my request is granted. Above all, obtain for me the grace of one day beholding my God face to face. With you and Mary and all the saints, may I praise and bless Him for all eternity. Amen. Good Saint Anne, mother of her who is our life, our sweetness and our hope, pray for me. TrinityAddiction
I really like karin's- but the first one for me that came to mind was the "Hail Holy Queen"It is such a beautiful prayer. There's also this one... Most High, Glorious God Enlighten the darkness of our minds Give us a right faith, a firm hope, and a perfect charity So we may always and in all things act according to Your Holy will. And there's a prayer to the Holy Spirit I got at youth group, but I havent memorized it.

TrinityAddiction
< found the Prayer to the Holy Spirit referred to earlier: Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in us the fire of your love: Send forth Your Spirit and they shall be created. And You shall renew the face of the earth O God who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy his consolations, Through Christ our Lord. Amen. I love that prayer! Very nifty indeed.

Thy Geekdom Come
O Lord, make me an instrument of Thy Peace! Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon. Where there is discord, harmony. Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope. Where there is darkness, light. Where there is sorrow, joy. Oh Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; for it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life. Amen.
