One person calls "Odds" or "Evens", then on the count of three (much like RPS) you either show two fingers or one finger. Add it up, if the number is even, the person who called even wins. You can figure out the rest.

lol I was going to say I beat the snot out of everyone but its not true...

Well, except that one time.... But that kid deserved it!

Usually we argued until we all got punished. lol Thats at home, I mean. At school we never did either of those, usually you just got invited to play the game and whoever suggested starting was the leader or chose who got to lead.

We played a game where we'd throw ducks at balloons and nothing was as it seemed.

Actually no, we just hit each other with things and wrestled until someone got thrown down the stairs. That usually determined the winner.

rock paper sissors out of your choices, but usually we would race to a certain point and whoever got there first won (wow, obviously) and got her way. or, if you were feeling especially naughty, whoever could cry to her mom first and get the other one scolded first got her way (tehe, that was my favorite!)
Neither! We'd put our right feet in a circle, and someone would point to each one while doing a little rhyme. At the end, the person whose foot the rhymer would be pointing to would take his foot out of the circle. And this would continue until one person's foot was still left in the circle. That person was "it" or whatever, depending on the situation.
yeah, like Bubble Gum or Mickey Mouse or whatever...

My children have a morbid version of Rock, Paper, Scissors called "Bunny, Carrot, Gun."

:(
