Are you going for on campus or off campus housing? You're chances of acceptance increases by about 10 times if you are off-campus
Well, I have something to consider, then...

Here are the problems:

1. Is it more or less expensive to live off-campus? I have virtually no money...

2. I don't drive...yet...

Um, for me it is cheaper to be off campus but I drive. I would say if compare the costs.
Sit down and write down how much living on campus would be and multiply that by the number that you will be at that school or just for the one year. Now in a column next to the tutition and room/board fee, write down the costs of living at home. If you have a car that you can drive then you should take into account money for gas. If you don't have a car then I would say add up the fees of public transportation or taxi or whatever you'd use.

Right now I would say live on campus. It will be easier if you don't drive because then you can just walk everywhere and then hitch a ride to off campus activities.

Okay...so I realized something...I won't be old enough to live off-campus. Guess I'll apply for on-campus and leave the rest to God. :)
