I have a good story, and photos from a work-related photo shoot in a haunted dormitory here that turned out inexplicably bizarre with things that happened to the film that Kodak, the company we contacted after the incident, was also even unable to explain. We asked about any possible radiation heaters, equipment, machines, or anything that would affect electromagnetic emission and never were able to figure out what happened. What's more we used two cameras and three different kinds of film. Two rolls shot inside the building didn't turn out, the one that did is the botched prints we have. One roll of medium format came out, but it was shot OUTSIDE the building, so something went on inside that dormitory to affect the film. The ones inside the building did not turn out at all, and our photographer never had this happen in the 15 years he's worked in the business, and never had it happen since. Don't know what to make of ghosts (and I don't plan on finding out) but I do think we did experience something of the paranormal that evening. I don't have time now but I'll tell ya later! BOO! P.S. Also, get the house blessed; or throw around some Holy Salt. I believe ghosts are real. I'm scared because I don't understand. But I do know that they cannot harm us; those spirits that can are a result of the occult. Occult practices, curses, satanic carp... But the ghosts we all think of can't really do anything except maybe, like you said open a door, close a door, roll a ball around, pull pictures off of walls... I haven't had an experience myself, but my uncle and aunt bought a house that had a graveyard nearby, and some strange things went on in there, I tell ya. I used to be absolutely terrified to spend the night there with my cousin. There were instances of noises (pleasant, unintelligle chatter when no one's there; and also, my aunt was afraid being in the house alone while the rest of us were out, and she thought she heard us come in, so she went to sleep... but we didn't get back till much later), instances where balls have rolled around on the floor (a level floor, too) when there was nothing there to roll it, and an instance where a locked door was found open. It was pretty dahn freaky, I tell ya. However, ever since my aunt sprinkled Holy Salt in all the doorways, these strange instances have stopped. Do they use things like dousing rods and stuff? I saw a show like that, where they used a dousing rod. Of course they're gonna get something supernatural... those things are NOT something to screw with. Our family had a bad experience with things like that a while ago... ended with an exorcism... anyway... li'l dark history almost no one knows... This was after I read a book about the Amazing secrets of the souls in purgatory. After a week of prayer, I get up during the night to get milk, and when I awoke, there was a man there with a candle, and said thank you, then left. I was freaked out. Tony Posted October 22, 2004 Share Posted October 22, 2004 I got one.. about 5-6 years back I had this odd spell where I would fall asleep for 5-30 minutes, have some really bizarre dream, then wake back up. usually would happen 2 or 3 times before I would sleep soundly. Anyways, 1 of these odd dreams was just me laying there resting.. felt something grab my shoulders ( I sleep on my side usually) and then I woke up, but sitll felt like omeone was holding onto my shoulders... was thinking maybe my mom was in there for some reason or another, but I looked over and seen noone!.. I stopped feeling like someone was touching my shoulders. I dont know if my mind was playing tricks on me or if there was something there I didnt want being there.. I dunno if it was a dream or what. I know I actually saw it once but some of them I think were dreams. In one of the dreams, however, I slayed it in the most dramatic fashion (a sword appeared in my hands and I stabbed him). Said something about his boss coming to get me later...
