Seven77
Today 11/29 is the Franciscan feast day of all the Saints of the Seraphic Order! Please pray for all Franciscan institutions, friaries, parishes and for priests, brothers, sisters & nuns, SFO's, lay people... through the intercession of all these Saints! Praised be Jesus Christ! Chiara Francesco
My favorite Franciscan blessed was omitted. But she may not have been a blessed in 2004. Blessed Marie Celine of the Presentation, Poor Clare Colettine. 2 pictures and a link to a great book on her put out by the PCCs of Rockford. And just before she entered: Her book: at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Blessed-Marie-Celine-Presentation-Clare/dp/0895558459/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1320347255&sr=8-1 She is a great example of trust in God for her vocation. She had a very bad leg/foot - she used to have to walk on the side of her ankle - she did have an operation but in the 1800s it wasn't the greatest but she still became a PCC after much prayer, trust and persistance.
