no - go apple all the way!!! everything actually works, plug n play is actually plug and play (), it's so much easier to use, and you won't regret it! PLUS - and this is so AWESOME! - i have not had ONE POP-UP since i surf the net on the apple. NOT ONE! and i have not installed any software to block pop-ups.

We buy only Dells.

Matt prefers desktops, particularly for working. He has a Dell Dimension XPS. Just like the one in the picture.

I prefer laptops. They're so much niftier and compact. I like laptop keyboards better than desktop keyboards, too. I'm finicky. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 9100 (the model just below the laptop version of Matt's computer). This is what mine looks like, ain't it perrrrrtty?

I'm going to make everyone jealous and announce that we buy one new computer every year (one year he will get a new desktop and the next year I will get a new laptop). Its a tax write-off because Matt uses them for work and he works from home. We get a new one so that he's got the best technology to work with. Laptops are so he can take work with him when we travel (otherwise I'd probably get "stuck" with his older desktops), and because I'm a pampered you-know-what and Matt loves me he gets me a computer I will like. Its kind of sad that I was more excited to get a new computer than I was when we got our new truck. :haha:
