track2004
Hey, wait, while everyone is dropping out. I want to. I don't even know why I'm in college because I'm never going to be able to retire no matter what I do with my life. I am a bit aggrivated with politicians and my age group who refuse to realize that there will not be social security when I get older, but I will still be forced to paying into it. I coulda just kept my job at the grocery... I need to get sleep... I need to get a very lucrative job considering I'm going to be paying for five people's retirement, mine, my hubbys (whenever he comes around), and three random people I've been supporting for the last three years... urgh... I'm going to sleep. Goodnight all. Monday brings more schooling.
StColette
Okay in all seriousnous kiddos. Dropping out is definitely not the answer. School and all that goes along with it is very much a part of the cross that we each must singularly bear. School isn't meant to be easy and it's definitely not meant to be fun all the time, it however is there to challenge us. It makes us grow strong in our abilities to deal with more responsibilities. If we are unable to handle the responsibilities that come along with schooling how are we going to be able to take care of the many responsibilities that go along with married life or the religious life for that matter. School is a way of preparing ourselves for the real world out there. Like I said school is there to challenge us and to sometimes push us to our limits to the point we think we can't bear it any longer. When you get to the point where you feel that all your strength is gone and you're clearly unable to carry the burdens that sometimes come along with school remember what Christ said in Mt. 11:28-30 28 Come to me all you that labor and are burdened, and I will refresh you. 29 Take up my yoke upon you, and learn of me, because I am meek, and humble of heart: And you shall find rest to your souls. 30 For my yoke is sweet and my burden light. Piccoli Fiori JMJ
Why did you decided to do it?
Allright, I am not dropping out of school. I can't; I would be dead as soon as my mother found out. I dropped out of a sorority (Well, I haven't yet, but I am working on it). I really didn't like it... They were all perverted and drunkards and it all made me uncomfortable... there were only a few that I felt were nice, but I bet they are somewhat corrupted by the others. I really couldn't stand it any more... They all seemed nice before when they couldn't talk about alcohol or guys, but now that they can do so freely, it really bothers me and I need out... I dunno if that answers everything or anything, but that is why I dropped out of my sorority.
