BUSH KICKED SERIOUS BUTT ON THAT ONE!! [/quote]
Yeah, Go Bush!!!!! He sooooomade sense compared to Kerry.

Notice how long Kerry took to respond to the lady on the quest. on embryonic stem cells. he knows his position isn''t moral.

Did you notice how Kerry also tried to justify his position on abortion by saying he's against it personally but can't go against the constitution?---uggghh..what a liar!!! He is soooo pro-abortion, his voting record is one of the worst. And since when is THAT in the constituition. His true feelings came out when he said he can';t stop people in foreign countries from making "GOOD'" family-planning decisions in other countries or preventing unwanted children....like children are avirus or something....ARGGhh

Bush so won that!!!! (and did much better in general in this debate than the last, btw)

would you rather a life w/o politix?? ideally, yes.. but don't hate the game; hate the playaz. :) hehe

its not about speaker style or fluency. who cares about that honestly? its about the exchange of ideas! whose ideas triumph? ask yourself that question. who did a better job of explaining their view for our country and showing why they held that view and how they planned to further it. ponder these aspects instead of the superficial components, for less estrangement to politics.

all this from a double major in poli sci and philosophy... go figure :) have a good night!

Ash Wednesday

To be fair I will say Kerry's town hall speaking has improved, but I still think that format suited Bush more.

Bush had some of his Bushisms but generally I don't think that hurts him too much. In my opinion, I actually think people seem to trust him more when he garbles his words because they know they're seeing the real Bush. :rolling:

I have to be honest when he accidentally called Kerry "Kennedy" I laughed -- and I thought of Ted Kennedy, not JFK. Who could blame him for mixing up the two?

People are also poking fun of his use of the word "internets" but I thought that was funny because my dad does that kind of word garbling, too. There's a local store chain here called "Bi-Mart" and my family laughs because my dad says "Bi-Marts" -- that's exactly what I thought of when Bush said "internets." That and "wanna buy some wood?" -- he talks just like my dad, it's scary.

Mrs. Bro. Adam

Have just a few things to say:

1. Bush stands firm on his morals, Kerry struggles to keep his straight.

2. Bush has plans, and tells what they are, Kerry claims to have plans, but doesn't 'reveal' any.

3. Bush has not contridicted who he is in his private beliefs vs. his public service, Kerry seems to think that you can be both, and still be a Catholic.

DancesforLove

rofl I know watching the debate is pointless but I do like to see what their views are and watch Kerry make a fool of himself.

I TOTALLY agree Mrs. Bro! Thats all he did was say oh I have plans and Bush is lying but he never told any. Bush gave names so if he didn't have time to tell the details of them, you could go look it up.

Need some wood?

I thought I might die laughing at that part! Who makes up a rumor like Bush and Cheney own a timber company and say it, knowing its a lie, then Bush gets a rebuttle. WHO WOULDN'T SAY NO I DON'T lol

Thats just like the Al Gore "I invented the internet" thing, Daily Show will be all over it lol.
