theculturewarrior
How should I approach her when I see her again? I know she doesn't share the same values as me, but I've never really asked her where she stands on anything. I just know she's probably to the left of me. I was thinking of copying Faure's Requiem for her, and giving her a copy of the lyrics. I just don't want to offend her because I work with her.
I'm not sure, but I think there are a few women on PM who have had miscarriages. I would ask them. I'm not sure it would be best to give her copies of prayers and stuff, though. A shoulder to cry on and a kind smile will do much more than giving her prayer sheets (although, you should pray for her, because that will do much more than a shoulder to cry on). She might take offense at being handed prayer sheets, like you're trying to take advantage to pass off religious stuff on her, but then, I don't know...
Hmmmm...I don't know... I would tell which PMers had miscarriages so you could get advice, but I won't violate confidence (that's what you get for taking the Hippocratic Oath ). Hopefully they will come around and see this.
theculturewarrior
what if I gave her a copy of the music and then said, "I've got the lyrics and their translation too, if you want them, but they're kind of religious."
