crusader1234
I think the problem here is a lack of willpower - ever heard of not clicking on the "shake booty" button? The game has a lot of fun stuff, and as long as you aren't going around clicking on "put on the marvin gaye records and get your groove on" then you should be fine. Let me guess, you bought the game, made your people have sex and were aghast. Then you went to your friend and made your people have sex and said look! Sick! Life is full of sex, so the game is realistic. If you're making yourself, and you dont have sex I'm guessing, then don't make your sim have sex and that'll be realistic. Paladin D
After much thought, I may buy this game. But I would feel uneasy supporting a game that implements such features.
crusader1234
You support life - and life has a hundred times more sex than any game can portray.
Iacobus
The thing about the Sims is it is open ended. I can play the game non stop for a year and never see that happen. The game promots relationships, however it does not force a "love" relationship nor sexual acts.

reelguy227
Would it be a sin to buy the sims 2 even if you dont take part in the sex parts of it ? I really want to get it because Im a huge fan of the original series ,and have most of the expansions ,it was just plain awesome !!!!!!!!! Thanks God Bless, Ricky
Guest T-Bone
Playing the orginal Sim City got boring after awhile. My friends and I would try to make horrible things happen. The creators are trying to avoid the boredom. By doing so, they are just feeding the Lowest Common Denominator. Don't allow that to happen.
Well, ya, thats the edited version, the playboy version from what I heard about on the news, goes all out, and its suspost to be on discussed among the Rating system. unforunately, games are getting worse, and worse, by the content. Gunga_ann
I love the sims. I am a sim-a-holic. In most cases, I choose not to go into a relationship like that. I have yet to buy sims 2, but I have been playing for years. You don't have to have sex. You don't. I kind of like it when the couple is kissing and a box pops up and says "Would you like a baby?" Or when the phone rings and says "Adopt a baby?" It is nice. But, if there is sex now, isn't it more natural? I don't know. Maybe it is my love for the game, but I would never do what I do in the computer in real life. It is just too bizare. (did I spell that right?) Like, I have sims makin magic. That stuff could never happen in real life, but this is a fantisy world. Don't take it literally. Enough said....lets eat tacos, so very tasty and good for you,!
