Who Are The "last Daughters Of Zion"?

someone asked me the following question and i don't know how to respond:

Ok, from my understanding Zion to Mormons is Utah. Daughters of Zion is those young Mormon girls who live in Utah. Latter day saints believe that end times are close. So I would guess this would mean that you were the last young women generation before Jesus returns. To be honest I have not heard the phrase but this is my best guess. My wife who was Mormon when we were dating has not heard the term before so I don’t think it is a common phrase, although Dauther of Zion is.
