Thanks, that's good enough. I can make do with this. While I was scanning through it I came across some things.
____________________________________________________________________
Can. 1041 The following persons are irregular for the reception of orders:

4° one who has committed willful homicide, or one who has actually procured an abortion, and all who have positively cooperated;

5° one who has gravely and maliciously mutilated himself or another, or who has attempted suicide;

What if these things happened earlier in life? Are they still unable to recieve holy orders even if they have changed? Just an interesting thing I came across.

The canon says that such a person would be "irregular" for Holy Orders, not that they cannot be ordained.

The things mentioned are very serious and, even if the person has repented, can cause a grave scandal to the faithful. A bishop can determine that such a person is a candidate for Holy Orders, but the case would certainly merit extra consideration.
