They are freedom fighters, and a undefeated army, unlike the US forces in Iraq..
Scofizzle
1. They are not an army because they do not belong to a country. They may be a malitia or a cell. 2. Don't talk about my country that way. Don't pretend to understand something you have no idea about. The war in Iraq is going well. People in Iraq will be able to vote for the first time in who knows how long, come January. So stop spouting off at the mouth before you really piss some people off. Where are these tenets of Bushido you claim to practice. You speech is full of hate. Edited September 27, 2004 by Scofizzle

2: Oh Ive got a very good idea about your country and its past. Going well? Have you seen the news??? Read any papers??? Over 1000 soldiers dead in 18 months, THAT AINT GOOD!. The Insurgency is picking up pace, and more furious attacks are happening. Iraq is going to hell, and YOUR STUCK!. Yes they will..perhaps, depends on how bad the insurgency gets, also I doubt many will dare go to voting centres, since the insurgents will target those. Watch the Language. Wheres your christian ethics? I never claimed to be a good follower or good person. Yeah, not agreeing with Bush all the time, apparently means that, I dont get it personally. pc
toledo_jesus
1000 dead soldiers...let's look at some battle statistics here. in the spring of 1864 the American Civil War was bloody and brutal...Here is a short list of casualties. The Wilderness, May 5-7: 17,666 Spotsylvania, May 10 and 12: 10,920 Drewry's Bluff, May 12-16 4,160 Cold Harbor, June 1-3: 12,000 Petersburg, June 15-30 16,569 Notice that these combat casualties numbered several times what has been sustained in Iraq, and this over the course of a mere two days in some instances. 1000 deaths over the space of more than a year is a victory in every sense of the word. Those soldiers may need to be given a good rest, but they have beaten the insurgents. Paul, you are digging yourself a hole here.
