dairygirl4u2c
Here is a site that I thought funny. I hope this catches the attention of those born and raised as God fearing right wings; maybe they'll realize things are as black and white as they think. (I'm not trying to convert them) http://www.bartcop.com/message-from-God.gif I do realize the south is notoriously right wing, so the southern states getting hit shouldn't come as a surprise. And I also realize that it depends on how they drew the lines of the hurricanes. ie if they followed the center or not. And I also realize that if they did follow the center, then it could be just a coincidence.
DominaNostra
I do not know what there is to debate, but it is a nice little conspiracy theory he has. He could also throw in: God hates Christianity because He sent Black Death to Europe (but maybe, for some reason, He likes the Pope since He spared him)... dUSt
This doesn't make any sense. The path of the hurricanes affected the pro-Gore counties as well.

Good Friday
Personally, I don't believe in a God who punishes for voting records. In fact, I believe in a God who loves mercy and abhors severity. That's the God that Jesus revealed when he chose to die for us when he could easily have punished us, and justly so. That said, I don't think God is particularly happy with America for many reasons. The fact that some of us think the hurricanes are God's punishment reveals the sense of guilt that we feel. Perhaps our own indictment of our country is more telling than any punishment from above.
Scofizzle
thats just silly......i think maybe the storm paths were altered just alittle bit...also hurricanes are hundreds of miles wide.....no one county bore the entire storm...not even if the did vote for Bush Edited September 23, 2004 by Scofizzle

Socrates
If you look at the rest of this site, (a left-wing "humor" site), it's clear that this is just some left-wing liberal's idea of a joke (and probably intended in part to satyrize those "conservative Christians" who say that storms, etc. are "God's punishment.") Har har, those lefties are a hoot.

heyyoimjohnny
God doesn't kill people He's mad at. With the Gates of Heaven open, everybody gets a chance until the designated time. People die because God decides their work on earth is done, not because He has a political bias.
