jinx
well i lift, i'm in a program for sports. however i would not really call myself strong. People think that i am stronger then i am because i use all of my body when i wrestle. especially with the guys. +jinx+ Edited October 13, 2004 by jinx
White Knight
I haven't lifted lately, but I can lift some pretty heavy stuff, rather they be boxes, furnature, bags etc etc, I dont do weight lifting with weights, but I practice lifting heavy obsticticals, such as, swords (5 lb swords, with weights on them, making it be 14-18 lbs sometimes); I use boxes, to train my muscles to cool them in shape, and such. and thats all the weight lifting I do lol. Guest T-Bone
I used to lift. I could do over 1000 lbs on leg presses (did 1500 once--only one rep). I don't lift anymore though.

VeraMaria
I can't seem to be able to do more than 5 push-ups  But sit-ups I can do all day Overall, I'm a weak person Mr B, the gym teacher, shouts every time we struggle lifting anything or doing push-ups "YOU KNOW WHAT I CALL THAT GIRLS??? YOU KNOW WHAT I CALL THAT? LACK OF STRENGTH WE'LL WORK ON THAT!!!!!!!!!" In his accent, the above sounds really funny
