Gunga_ann
I just got back from lifting and was wondering!
Iacobus
Yes. I am the one doing 700lbs on the leg press and 200lb (the machine max) on the leg extensions. LOL! My legs are HUGE, lol. I can't wear jeans, they rub funny on my quads and calves. LOL! But I have weak arms, lol.

StColette
lol I lift my 4 yr old, 6 yr old nieces, and 10 year nephew all the time, does that count ? lol
heyyoimjohnny
It does count, StColette. You can get pretty buff liftin' kids! I don't lift wieghts. I really prefer pushups and pull-ups (chinups, not the diaper pants). Less risk of getting injured. My legs get worked pretty good at martial arts, and for abs and back I just do regular crunches (well, about 6 or 7 different types, but they're crunches). No weights. drewmeister2
No, I rarely work out, but second semester I have weight-training (If I am not called to be a priest, I am thinking of being a fireman, so I have to get stronger).

Iacobus
I found out the human body does have limits. LOL! And bench press spoters are nice to have. LOL! I couldn't get teh 150 lbs off my chest, lol. Dan, being a GOPher, wouldn't help right away. LOL!
