Another Question On Baptism...

This is just getting worse and worse. In quotes is my response, next is his reply.
These are the only guaranteed means of grace. God can impart grace as He wishes, but these are the fundamental means and are for sure. Everything else isn't for sure. God can, if He wishes, give us actual grace say if we pray or something. But He doesn't need to. Through the sacraments we can KNOW that we are getting the grace that God promises. This assurance isn't there if we don't get these sacraments. If we don't have the sacraments how can we know that we are getting grace? This is something that has to rely on our emotions, our feelings. But with the sacraments there is absolutely no doubt that we are recieving grace, because this is their purpose.
What evidence do you have that God always gives salvation through baptism ex opere operato?
I'm not sure the question. One doesn't recieve grace if they aren't in communion with God. If we are in mortal sin then we cannot take part in the sacraments until we have repented through confession.
So we don't know absolutely that we will receive grace through the sacraments. That's not what you said above.
