Okay, last night I watched the Punisher, a movie that came out maybe early in the year, I don't know....but it was a good movie! I didn't know Marvel had a "hero" without any superpowers.....just a "normal" everyday guy, okay, maybe not that ordinary.....(who I didn't recognize right away) . John Travolta played the villian....man, he was scary! lol

I was originally thinking of seeing it, but everything I read about it was really negative, and I never heard any positive until now. Maybe I'll check it out sometime.

Feel free to disagree with me! He was the punisher.....punished those who killed his family, that may seem harsh, at first it was making them pay where it hurt, making them lose money.......until the evil people would stop at nothing to have him killed and everybody that he knew.

In the end, when he was going to kill himself, the happy memories of his wife is what saved him. The violence shocked me, when he said, "God will sit this one out." made me think, "How will he come to terms with the death of his whole family?" And I don't mean just the wife and the kid, but his mom, dad, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews at a family reunion. I had to cover my eyes a couple times because it is violent.

Rated O for morally offensive by the USCCB cause of the violence.....dang, and I liked it.

I can't agree or disagree, because, as I said, I haven't seen the movie. What I read negative was about it being lame and poorly done, rather than about the morality.

Eh..it was okay, certainly not as good as theother Marvel films such the Spider-Man and X-Men movies, and Daredevil.
The storyline was just too overly morally wrong and it was almost devoid of emotion, especially with Thomas Jane's acting.

Only except to this film is the homosexual stuff, which probally is one of the main factors that prevent this movie from being a good movie, I didn't like that Element at all.

The character of JT's character's brother in this movie, was a homosexual.

JT character's wife even confessed it.

I just gave a way a scene or two in the movie, but its not very detailed, so its not a major spoiler to those who haven't seen the film, or want to see it.
