rachael
So it goes like this: I had an Econ test today. During another class period I wrote some notes down on a scrap piece to study from. Later in the day, I went to my Econ room. Now, you gotta understand that the classroom is full of computer because it is mainly the computer tech kids who use the classroom. Anyways, so I got in the room and I sat down and began reading my notes and memorizing them. I got distracted by someone else and set the notes beside my computer. They were pretty out of reach to my eyes. So during the test, I messed up my sheet pretty badly from some heavy erasing. I went up to the substitue teacher that we have had for a few days to ask if I could have a new test. She gave me one and I went back to my seat. I used the answers I had on my old test to fill in on the new one. The substitute came back to my table around ten mintues later to pick up my test from me. She (of course) noticed my notes sitting on the desk and she took them up. She then came to me a few mintues later asking if she could talk to me after class. I went to talk to her right then instead. I told her I was not cheating, it was just an accident....I forgot to take the scrap of paper off of my desk. She told me she looked at the notes and my test and told me that the answers were in the same exact order on both sheets. I told her that I had memorized those answers (which was true). I almost started to cry and then she deicded to give me a hug. She told me that she thought it was an accident, but that she still has to turn it in to my teacher when she got back. I just wasn't cheating. It was a total accident. I've already told my parents. I don't know what to do guys! Any suggestions? Please?
picchick
I'd pray pray and then tell the teacher exactly what you told us.
Piccoli Fiori JMJ
Woah, I dunno... I know some Saints would take the accusation unto themselves and the punishment as well... I know I wouldn't do that though... That is a super stinky situation...
Thy Geekdom Come
Well, we all know that you wouldn't cheat, but how do you convince a teacher? I know it requires extra work on your part, but maybe if the substitute told the teacher that she didn't think you cheated, the teacher would let you retake the test. Just a thought. Prayers. littleflower+JMJ
i think you being honest from the very beginning is going to go in your favor, i mean it was an accident. just stick by your guns and hope it turns out well....
musturde
How about Padre Pio or Saint Charbel? Padre Pio was accused of doing a whole lotta bad stuff and was persucuted horribly by the Church itself. I'll have to look at the St. Charbel's vid too see what happened to him. I could be wrong. Phazzan
I could send an... "email" to your teacher if you like Racheal? Now I'm pretty sure this "email" will have enough "details" and "information" so that your teacher will take no action. As a matter of fact, I think this "email" might even help boost your grade. What do you say?
ilovechrist
Phazzan... be quiet for once. Rachael... if your teacher is a calmer person, then it should brush over after some time. i would really pray about it though, that you don't land in any thing like that again.
