Don't you hate it when you want to read a news story and the site makes you register all your personal details? Tired of telling sites how much your annual income is and having to checking all of your "interests"?

Dude. Go to the above site, type in the URL you're trying to access, and it'll give you a universal login that will work for it.

Totally sweet.

This is not a question for moral theology . . . you are not stealing anything . . . This site has just registered a user name for you . . .

Unless the site is a Pay Site . . . it's not stealing . ..

It isn't morally correct.

The news sites probably didn't intend for there to be a let everyone in type user name, and if so, it was for special purposes.

They offer a service, the price you pay is a one-time registration, and so it is stealing.

God bless,

Mikey

i use it all the time on sites like the NYT, or other major papers that usually require you to sign up.. they're not paysites, they just want you to register your email so they can send you stuff, and so they can control their content.

there's also a plugin for mozilla firebird that lets you right click, and find a login, without opening a new window.

Well, I suppose it is... But then again, if that is a sin, then watching TV without watching the commercials is also a sin--a sin I'm willing to commit.

When I give my information, I don't intend to receive a barrage of e-mails for Viagra.

so dont give your info.. i hate spam too, but im not going to withhold info and sneak into a website using a given login/pw. turning off tv is not the same thing.

bugmenot is like using a sp3ci4l popup blocker on netzero.
