In my hometown there is a Mexican buffet that serves lamb's head, cow intestines, and cow stomach soup. No joke!

While I love mexican food...I wouldn't want to eat that stuff offa buffet. :-X

The buffet is what's keeping you from eating that? The buffet? buffet? It's not the ingredients? It's the fact that it's on a buffet...

The tacos, so very tasty and good for you, made out of intestines are DELISH! They taste like bacon only better.

The cow stomach soup is also good but I stopped eating it because sometimes they put brains and I don't want to get mad cow disease.

Never had lamb's head though...but cow head is pretty good!

So you guys have never hog's head coagulated milk, or homemade tomales (cooked with cow or pige head) and there are some other cajun goodies my mom makes that are cooked wit some strange body parts. All great foods

I'd totally eat at a place like that.

Scofizzle, my great-grandmother made head coagulated milk once and gave us a jar of it... we all knew where it had come from so it just sat in our fridge until we threw it away. lol

I have had haggis before and its really good!

thats like panchos, I personally don't like panchos because the foods sick, but I'd eat there if the atmosphere was more like retro and less cafeteria and the food was good. just don't make it look dirty and stuff lol thats what makes me not like buffets

I was seriously just thinking Panchos! That's why I said to mix food. I like Mexican food but I dont like panchos... It counts on the quality of the food of course. Having a special dish every day would be a good idea. It'd be soo tight to have a phatmasser owned resteraunt :D
