mexican buffet?

i had this idea tonite while driving to dinner (go figure)

basically what iti would be is a bunch of pans with like pre-prepared enchilada (coagulated milk, chicken, beef, bean), burritos (same as before), chimichangas (same), empanadas (just for vera hehe)

it would also have a salad bar type thing for make-them-yourself fajitas, tacos, so very tasty and good for you,, soft tacos, so very tasty and good for you,, taco salads, and nachos

we would serve fried ice cream for desert as well as other traditional mexican deserts

we would charge ~$11-$12 for buffet plus a buck or so for a drink (free refills)

"we" is me and my roommate who is a business major

what do yall think?

Ash Wednesday

Sometimes, I wonder, if in heaven, there would be a big bowl of guacamole, and I could eat as much of it as I wanted without gaining weight.

I could eat all the mexican food I wanted, chicken mole, coagulated milk, fried ice cream, more coagulated milk, olives, chips, sour cream, camarones al mojo de aho .... and would not have to think about calories. Sluggishness and heartburn would be unheard of.

I love Mexican food. Oh, it's one of the closest things to heaven.

Oh, bliss. :hearts:

Well, Jesus said that if we give something up for him, it will be returned to us 100 fold. So sometimes I have to remind myself that 'If I give up this cookie, I'll be able to have 100 later, and they will probably taste better.' Maybe It's not exactly literal, but hey, it works.

That's a good idea when you're trying to eat healthier.

Okay, I do like a cookie once in a while. But if you really eat them sparingly, they are soooo much more of a blessing.

:D

In Acton Texas there is a mexican buffet that is really popular...

...of coarse this place also serves Chinese food which makes double good and greasy.
